The RV site is in close proximity to planned activities.
All RV/Campers staying overnight for BTCA events must sign up for an assigned parking space.
Overnight parking for RVs will be available at the Sussex County Fairgrounds Specialty site. All RV/Campers staying overnight at the Sussex Fairgrounds must make reservations and park in their assigned spaces. The parking area will be restricted to RVs, campers, guests and their dogs only. Parking will be available from Saturday, June 5, 2021 through Friday, June 11, 2021.

Parking areas will be on gravel or grass Some are on paved road. Electric is available at all sites, water at most, though can be shared between spaces. There is a dump station at the Fairgrounds, but not at each camp site. Specifics as to fees and directions for dumping will be included in later communications.

Spaces will be assigned according to size, space availability and the order in which reservation forms are received. If campers wish to park together, please indicate that on your form. We will do everything we can do to accommodate your request; however, we can make no guarantees.
​
If you plan use a generator, please use an exhaust system with an extension to reduce fumes.
​
Parking reservations must be received by May 12, 2021. The parking fee charged by the Fairgrounds is $50.00 per night.
​
RV parking funds refunds will not be made after the close of entries.
​
Additional information regarding RV parking will be shared via the 2021 BTCA Specialty website as it becomes available.

Please be aware that 84 RV Rental have now rented all their trailers for the calendar dates of our Specialty. As of 6/23/2021 they had 10 motor homes available though at $200 addition cost/week. The prices quoted are for a package deal for 6 days. Fewer days will be charged the same price.

From 84 RV Rentals on 6/25/2020 "Our normal cancellation policy is that if someone cancels their trip prior to 21 days out, their $500 down payment can be used on a future rental within one year. Recognizing that many show participants are coming from a distance, we are willing to make the following waiver: If the dog show is canceled due to Covid-19 more than a month out, a $500 voucher will be offered or a $250 refund if they don't intend to use the voucher."
