Pre-register and pre-pay where applicable on line on the Specialty Page by May 15, 2019

You must register AND pre-pay on the Form for ALL tests. A separate FORM for each dog. The Form will include all test items – even those at no charge or you pay for separately (AKC Profiles, SLEM kits.)

 

FEES DO NOT INCLUDE THE OFA fee (discounted for clinics) – credit card on the OFA form.

All walk-ins (if space available) will have a $10 surcharge per dog.

The BTCA Health and Scholarship Foundation will cover $80 of the Echocardiogram cost for Border Terriers owned by BTCA members that are pre-registered for the clinic (cost $180)

                Must be on file for OFA SLEM Clear by Parentage – on sire, dam, and all puppies

                Must be on file for all frequently used sires (5 litters in a year or 7 or more litters)

 

SLEM Swabbing – Order your kit from OFA https://www.ofa.org/diseases/dna-tested-diseases and we will swab your dog and submit the samples.

 

Schedules will be posted on the Specialty site, FB page, and at the hotel.   You are responsible for getting your dog there in time.  Clinic check-ins will stop at 3:45 PM.    No Refunds if you are late.  Start time of the clinics will depend on pre-registration between 10 & 11 am. Dogs entered in Obedience or Rally will be scheduled after 1:00 pm – indicate your class on the registration form.  Indicate if you are running in FastCAT, we will do our best to accommodate your dogs.
