Located in the rolling hills of northern Illinois and just minutes from Interstate 90, the NIBC property is the site of annual beagle trials, dachshund trials and earthdog tests. Mature trees offer shade in the parking area and the permanent clubhouse offers indoor plumbing. The Intro, Junior and Senior dens are fenced.
BTCA Earthdog Hotel
If you are staying in Rockford for the Earthdog test, Illinois has a toll road from Rockford to the test site. Your GPS may take you on a route not using the toll road. There are no tolls coming from Beloit, Wisconsin.
The BTCA Earthdog committee has arranged a block of 30 rooms at the Rodeway Inn, 2936 Milwaukee Road, Beloit WI 53511, 608-364-4000. The room rate is $65.99 plus tax and a $10.00 per day pet fee. Limited to three dogs to a room. There is a $75.00 incidental fee for any damage to the room. There is a restaurant/bar on the premises and a breakfast at the restaurant is included with the room.
